Amendment No. 1 (title amendment) was offered by Representatives Gruenberg and McGuire: Page 1, line 1, following "warrant": Insert "upon the sworn testimony or affidavit of a person communicated by telephone, other appropriate means, or facsimile machine" Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
